Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe

4 cloves garlic
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach (be sure to drain it)
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts (Don’t forget to drain them)
1 (10 ounce) container Alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Start by preheating your oven to a toasty 350 degrees and roast the garlic for about a half hour. Let them cool a bit and remove the skin. Then, in a baking dish, add in the garlic, spinach, artichokes, sauce, and cheeses. Put it all back in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes. It should be nice and bubbly.
Serve warm with your favorite chips, crackers, or break and enjoy!
